Shipping policy
Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for your order to be processed. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.

If your item is returned to sender it’s usually because the address was invalid, or entered incorrectly. Sometimes it also happens because your unit, suite, or apt number is missing. When this happens you are responsible for covering $10 to reship. Please email customerservice@the5oceans.com and give your correct address, then you’ll be invoiced via email to reship your order.
