Exchange/Refund policy

Exchanges
Exchanges must be received within 7 days of delivery.  No exchanges will be accepted after 7 days.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, use the exchange form included in your order and ship it back to us via the postal service of your choice. The parcel is your responsibility until the exchange arrives to us.  It's important the exchange form is filled out completely with order number included in order to be accepted.  If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send your requested item shortly after processing. 

If you are exchanging for a new item that cost more than the original item.  We will be invoice you the difference. If you are exchanging for a new item that cost less than the original item.  You will receive store credit for the difference. 

In the unlikely event an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or items purchased using a promo code.

We are only issuing exchanges at this time.
